by day: the only it person at a small organisation — not by design, but because one by one the others left and the tickets kept coming. user lifecycle, microsoft 365, entra id, intune, devices, security, first-line incident response. what used to be a team. now one pair of hands.
by evening: homelabs, docker, proxmox, and whatever ai tooling is worth understanding this week. not for show — because knowing how things actually work in practice makes the advice better. everything running here has failed at least once and been fixed.
